Franciacorta Brut 'Alma Grande Cuvée'

At Bellavista, the 'normal' Cuvée Brut is also treated as a great sparkling wine. A slow pressing of the grapes, bottle aging for 30 months and turning the bottles by hand to remove the yeast cells give this wine an unparalleled class. The taste is open and stimulating, with a beautiful mousse.
