Pinot Noir
Creation Estate
They call their place a paradise and we understand that. Creation's vineyards are located on a plateau in the scenic Hemel-en-Aarde Valley in the Walker Bay wine district. Thanks to the proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, the climate here is mainly cool. The grapes are given time to ripen slowly and thus retain their fresh acidity. After fermentation, the wine matures for ten to twelve months in oak barrels, 25% of which are new. The wine is lightly filtered (to lose as little flavor as possible) and then bottled. The end result is impressive. A fruity pinot noir with supple tannins and subtle notes of wood aging.

Pinot Noir
Creation Reserve
A very elegant single vineyard pinot noir from Hemel-en-Aarde Valley. Layers of dried fruit and spicy spices, accompanied by ripe, supple tannins. Intense aromas of spices such as pepper and cloves supplemented with red fruit and a subtle hint of dried apricot. Only 3500 bottles of this wine are made. A traditional vinification takes place with maceration of the skins before and after fermentation. The wine matures for 14 months in oak barrels, of which 30% are new. To lose as little flavor as possible the wine is lightly filtered before botteling. The wine is ready to drink, but can be kept for at least ten years.

Pinot Noir
Art of Creation
This wine absolutely lives up to its name: pure art in a glass. Not only the best vineyards have been selected when making this wine, a quality selection also follows after fermentation. Only the best is good enough. A powerful Pinot Noir with intense aromas of dark cherries, rose petals and spiciness.Traditional vinification with whole grape bunches, i.e. without destemming and crushing, applies to 40% of the harvest. This is particularly suitable for Pinot Noir as it extracts more colour, aromas and structure. After fermentation, the wine continues to mature for another year in oak barrels, 50% of which are new. To lose as little flavor as possible the wine is lightly filtered before botteling. The wine is ready to drink, but can be kept for at least ten to fifteen years.
