Can I swing by the shop instead of emailing?

Of course. We’re at Overtoom 424, Amsterdam – drop in for a chat, a cup of Bocca coffee, or to check out the shelves.

Do you ship outside the Netherlands?

Unfortunately we only deliver across the Netherlands. Note that NL orders usually land in 1-2 working days.

What if something went wrong with my order?

Don’t stress. Shoot us an email at info@underthegrapevine.com (mailto:info@underthegrapevine.com)with your order number, and we’ll sort it – whether that means sending a replacement, a refund, or just a strong apology.
