Baettig is the high-altitude project of renowned Chilean winemaker Francisco Baettig and his partner Carlos de Carlos. Based in Traiguén in the Malleco Valley, their vineyards are planted on stony, low-fertility soils surrounded by volcanoes and forests. The “Selección de Parcelas Los Primos” represents the top hillside blocks—dry-farmed, low yield, and hand-harvested—designed to deliver Chardonnay of clarity, texture and serious terroir.
