Garage Wine Co. emerged from a garage in Chile’s Maule Valley, where founders Pilar and Derek began working with very old vines in small, overlooked parcels. Their Old Vine Pale Rosé comes from vines that are 75+ years old, grown on granitic soils at altitude, farmed by hand and with respect for tradition. The result: a rosé (and chilled red) that doesn’t compromise on depth, authenticity or terroir.
