Herència Altés Llunari Garnatxa Blanca Orange
Llunari is a vibrant, skin-contact Garnatxa Blanca (white Grenache) made from organically grown grapes in the sun-drenched hills of Terra Alta, Catalonia. This orange wine is fermented on the skins for 10 days, resulting in a structured yet approachable wine with character, freshness, and a beautiful amber tint. Bottled unfiltered and with minimal intervention, it speaks to both tradition and terroir.
Herència Altés is the life project of Núria Altés, founded in 2010 as a tribute to her family’s deep-rooted connection to the land. Raised among the vines of Terra Alta, Núria now farms over 60 hectares of certified organic vineyards, many of them old vine Garnacha. The winery, built into the landscape for minimal environmental impact, is nearly energy-independent thanks to solar power and sustainable design. With French winemaker Claude Gros lending his expertise, Herència Altés produces wines that are both expressive and modern, while honouring the soul of the region.
